I chose the course at Sheridan because of the college’s high reputation and also because it was one of the only courses that allowed me to concentrate almost exclusively on character animation. I pick up new software quickly and in the first few weeks at Sheridan I switched from using XSI to Maya. I also found the acting and life drawing classes particularly useful. When I graduated from Sheridan I was awarded a Sheridan Scholarship for high grades.

Over my three years at Teesside I covered all the animation basics as well as gaining a good understanding of the production pipeline. I really enjoyed the more creative elements such as storyboarding, texturing and animation but also chose classes in Graphical Mathematics and Programming to give me a well rounded background.
